During 20th Oct. to 23rd Oct., Group company ceremoniously held 2013 overseas company management meeting in Yuhang mansion. The chairman of board, Mr. Xuan and headquarters high-level leaders, German KOBO company, Japan EK company, each oversea company general manager, sales staff of foreign trade dept. and relative people attended this meeting.

   The overseas company management meeting of this year includes two parts: overseas financial annual meeting and international sales meeting.

The theme of this financial meeting is financing. The Group CFO, Mr.Zhao pengfei called a financial meeting and group discussion meeting with each finance director of overseas company. During the two-day fruitful financial discussion meeting, the financial accountant and each oversea company reached the agreement in financing ,investment,audit,development condition, operation condition and the financial settlement with headquarters, which would be beneficial to the unified management and coordination of group company. Besides, the headquarters also introduced many Chinese bank products and service to the overseas company. At the same time, all the overseas companies made a financial report of the past nine months to the headquarters.

    The topic of this global sales meeting is the future development plan of Group company. Mr.Zhang binzhong hosted this meeting.

  In the meeting, Mr.Hu chunhui, the chief director of foreign trade dept. reported 2013 sales volume and future five-year operation goal and development plan. Mr. Yu chuhe, the director of engineering chain production dept., Mr.Liao hangzhou, the director of conveyor chain production dept. reported the engineering chain and conveyor chain recent development situation and the present opportunities and challenges and future five year development plan. The general manager of KOBO Company introduced its present operation condition, made an analysis of European current economy situation and chain industry development and addressed its future five year sales and marketing strategy and brand construction plan. Japan EK, Netherland, Germany, U.S and Britain companies also reported their operation condition and future five-year development plans.

   Mr. Xuan, the chairman of board made an important address in the meeting (individually published).He firstly expressed his sincere thanks to the entire global colleague for their hard work to developing international market. Secondly, He said he felt very happy for everyones enthusiasm of Donghua brand construction and then introduced the work performances of Group company in sales, management and technology transformation etc.. to everyone and meanwhile made an analysis of international economy situation in the future few years and China economy development situation and assigned Donghua next step strategy goal.

   In the subsequent sales meeting, there were group discussion activities for every oversea company. The overseas company team and relative staff of headquarters had a good business exchange in R&D, Technology, manufacturing, sales and service etc. and also arranged some workshop visit and research activities.
